By using Dendria, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Dendria is a clinical decision support tool for informational purposes only. The provider is always the decision-maker.
Tip: Once added, Dendria opens full-screen like a native app with no browser toolbar.
Dendria has five workflow tabs, each designed for a different clinical moment:
Describe a headache presentation and Dendria walks you through the ICHD-3 decision tree step by step, like an attending on rounds. It asks follow-up questions to narrow the diagnosis.
Tell Dendria what you've found and it runs SNOOP4 red flags, surfaces must-not-miss diagnoses, and flags the questions an attending would ask.
Share your workup or treatment plan and get a specialist-level peer review: gaps, safety checks, and completeness.
Generate plain-language explanations for patients or referral letters for PCPs, grounded in your clinical findings.
Look up CGRP therapies, starting doses, switching protocols, side effect management, and special population dosing, all grounded in FDA labels.
Never enter real patient data. Use hypothetical clinical scenarios instead:
Each tab has subcategories (e.g., New Patient, Follow-Up Visit, Refractory Case) that tailor the reasoning to your clinical context. Tap a tab to expand them.
All password fields have an eye icon on the right side. Click it to show or hide your password as you type.
On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot password?" Enter your email, then check your inbox for a 6-digit code. Enter the code and your new password on the reset screen.

Clear your browser cache: Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data > Cached images and files. Then reload dendria.io.
Dendria works best on Safari (iOS/Mac), Chrome, and Edge. Use the latest version for the best experience.
Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page. Dendria may occasionally be slow during high-demand periods.
If you can't sign in, try "Forgot password?" first. If you're still locked out or need help, contact admin@dendria.io.
If you see "Unauthorized" errors after being logged in for a while, refresh the page. Your session token refreshes automatically, but a page reload forces a fresh connection.
